The opening session on Wednesday August 13th 2025 will begin 7pm EST.

The registration fee is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your registration to someone else.

We’ve partnered with a selection of hotels in nearby and schools residents to offer competitive rates across a range of budgets. These discounted rates can be accessed on our website under "Accommodations".

In addition, there are plenty of other accommodation options available, which may not be discounted that you can still choose.

You are welcome to arrange your own accommodation. However, if you would like assistance, your local district youth leader can help with any accommodations questions or inquiries.
